MTM – First time right!

MTM is a tool for describing, structuring, designing and planning working systems with the help of defined process building blocks. You find MTM applications in the production, the logistics and the maintenance as well as in the administration or in the service sector.

MTM is globally the most common process language in the productivity management. It is a uniform planning and performance standard of globally acting companies at every location. The MTM Association has more than 600 members including well-known companies such as Airbus, Daimler, Bosch und VW but also financial services providers and insurances and members of the educational and scientific sector. The improvement in efficiency of the business processes and the increase in productivity in the companies are in the focus of the implementation and the use of MTM.
